Weekly group training ride every Tuesday at 6:30PM.
Open Water Swim Clinics, every Friday Night.  Meet at 5:45 PM, Pier Village Gazebo, Long Branch NJ.  2 lifeguards at all swims. 
Triathlon Clinics, including transition clinics, cycling, running and much more.
Bathing Cap, Water Bottle and more amenities.  Pickup water bottle and chip at transition on Sunday.
Race number and wave assignment posted on updated participant list.

Directions to start (use 1 Madison Avenue, Long Branch NJ for GPS).  Some free street parking in area, several parking lots in the area at the Ocean Place Hotel and in and around Pier Village.  Parking guide available.     

Spacious, secure transition area.

Ocean Swim (usually very calm in August) Swim Angels will be in the water with you. Swim Wave start schedule now posted (cap color update). 

Swim will be up one side of a floating line and down the other side, lined with buoys. 20 lifeguards will be in the water.

Bike will be a 10.5 mile tour of Long Branch NJ

More than 30 police officers at key intersections as well as over 30 volunteers on bike course alone. Helmets mandatory. All types of bikes welcome -- road bikes, hybrid bikes, mountain bikes. Roads are not closed to traffic but carefully monitored.  NO IPODS!

3 Mile run along Ocean Avenue and back along the boardwalk. Very spectator friendly course.  NO IPODS!
