Calling all seasoned veterans and first timers alike. Jersey Girl Triathlon returns for its 13th year at one of the Jersey Shore’s most iconic locations. Registration is now open and space is limited. Sign up today to be part of a growing community of women dedicated to health, fitness, and nature.
All participants receive a t-shirt, finisher's medal, swim cap, and after party to celebrate after the race.

Triathlon Distances: 300 yard swim / 9.4 mile bike / 3 mile run
Duathlon Distances: 2 mile run / 9.4 mile bike / 3 mile run
Aqua Velo Distances: 300 yard swim / 9.4 mile bike
Individual, 2, or 3 person Relay
Start with a swim in the calm Sandy Hook Bay to the sounds of spectators cheering you on. Once you reach the sand, take in the salty ocean air and blue skies on a fast and flat bike course with the hills of Highlands as a backdrop. The third leg takes you on a run through Fort Hancock’s back roads and past the Sandy Hook Lighthouse to the finish line with your friends, family, and supporters there to cheer you on.
Cross the finish line as your name is announced from the stage and collect your custom finisher’s medal and t-shirt.
